Report the issue

Contact your Good2Own sales representative, or submit a complete repair request through our online after-sales channel. Please provide a clear problem description, the machine model, the device ID, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).

Diagnosis

Our technical support team performs an initial diagnosis using your photos, videos and remote diagnostics.

Solution

Based on the diagnosis, Good2Own provides remote troubleshooting guidance or arranges shipping of the necessary replacement parts.

Confirmation

After the solution is applied, we confirm with you that the issue has been fully resolved.

Frequently asked questions

When does the warranty period start?

The warranty period starts from the date the machine leaves the Good2Own factory (the factory shipping date).

How are out-of-warranty issues charged?

For issues outside the warranty scope, please contact your Good2Own sales representative for a repair quote.

Are software updates free?

Yes — Good2Own supports free remote OTA upgrades to fix interactive experiences or improve functionality, with no visit required.

If I sell my machine, can the warranty be transferred?

No — the Good2Own standard warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
