Payment terms, delivery and warranty conditions are stated in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or purchase agreement.
4. Warranty
Our standard warranty covers the main unit for 12 months from the factory shipping date, excluding consumables and wear parts. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Full details are described in our warranty & after-sales section.

The Good2Own name, logo, product designs, website content and related materials are the property of Guangzhou Industry-Research Technology Development Co Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good2Own shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by friendly negotiation first; if no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Guangzhou.
