A perfume vending machine should be easy for the customer and straightforward for the operator. The customer chooses a scent, pays and receives a measured spray. Behind that short interaction is a system that controls six fragrance lines, payment, media and remote management.

What the customer sees

The main touchscreen guides the purchase. Six physical selection buttons correspond to six fragrance channels, while the upper 18.5-inch screen can show instructions, venue messages or advertising. Payment can be configured for the market and venue instead of forcing one method everywhere.

What happens after payment

Once payment is confirmed, the controller activates the selected channel for a preset dose. This keeps each sale consistent and prevents the uncontrolled use that often happens with open tester bottles. Spray settings can be adjusted during commissioning to suit the liquid and operating model.

Six bottles, six separate fragrance lines

Inside the cabinet, each bottle feeds its own line. Keeping the channels separate matters because it reduces scent mixing and makes it easier to replace one fragrance without disturbing the other five. Bottle capacity is 100 ml, with actual spray count depending on the dose setting and liquid.

Refilling is a routine task

The operator opens the service door, checks the bottles and replaces or refills only the channel that needs attention. A sensible refill schedule is based on real sales data, not guesswork. The cabinet should stay locked during public operation.

What remote management adds

The machine is more useful when the operator can review sales, status and media without visiting every location. Good2Own's IoT system supports remote monitoring and content management, while physical refills and cleaning remain simple local tasks.

What buyers should check before ordering

Ask how many fragrance channels are independent, how dose size is controlled, which payment options work locally, what can be monitored remotely and how warranty support is handled. A good machine should be understandable when the front door is closed and serviceable when it is open.
